At Zion’s “Liberty Bell” Church we are stewards of history. We are honored that we played a role in the founding of our country, safeguarding our nation’s most famous symbol of freedom. But that’s just the beginning of our story! As Christians we are stewards of the gospel as well as stewards of history. In the words of our United Church of Christ Affirmation of Faith, “to God’s deeds we testify.” And just as “long ago God spoke to our ancestors” (Heb. 1:1), we believe God is still speaking today. Our vision is that all who worship with us will be able to experience “the transforming power of God’s love in Jesus Christ, and become equipped to become an instrument of God’s transforming work in the world.” Join us!
