WE ARE A FAMILY, OF FAITH-FILLED, BIG-THINKING FOLLOWERS OF JESUS CHRIST Our vision is to magnify Jesus by mobilizing effective disciples and multiplying the church. We do this through: BEING, FORGIVING, SERVING, GIVING, & GOING OUR CORE VALUES 1: WE DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO REACH PEOPLE WHO DON’T KNOW CHRIST To reach people no one else is reaching, we’ll have to do things no one else is doing. We will intentionally reach people groups that are being missed or overlooked. Value: Creativity 2: WE GIVE GRACE TO OTHERS BECAUSE JESUS FREELY GIVES IT TO US There is a cost to giving grace. Jesus paid that cost for us and so we will do the same for others. Our arms are open wide for the broken, the lost, the outcasts, and the sinners. Value: Gracious 3: WE REACH OUTSIDE THE WALLS OF OUR CHURCH The church does not exist for us. We are the church, and we exist for the world. We will serve and meet the needs of those in our community. Value: Service 4: WE THINK BIG BECAUSE OUR GOD IS BIG We will challenge ourselves. We will not insult God with small thinking and safe living. We can do big things because God lives inside of us. Value: Faith-Filled, Big-Thinking 5: WE INVEST IN THE THINGS OF GOD MORE THAN THE THINGS OF THIS WORLD We will lead the way with our generosity. We believe it is more blessed to give than to receive. We are excited to sacrifice for Christ and His church. Value: Generosity 6: WE ARE KNOWN MORE FOR WHAT WE ARE FOR THAN WHAT WE ARE AGAINST In a world filled with negativity, pessimism, and fear, we will embrace the time and place in which we live and use this as an opportunity to bring people the hope that only Jesus can bring. Value: Gospel-Centered 7: WE LAUGH TOGETHER AND CELEBRATE OFTEN Nothing is more fun than serving God with people you love and seeing people’s lives changed for God. Value: Fun 8: WE ALWAYS BRING OUR BEST Excellence honors God and inspires people. Knowing that God has made us His influencers in this world, we bring our best to all that we do. We will never mail it in. Value: Excellence 9: WE REJECT APATHY AND EMBRACE ACTION We are contributors, not consumers. Everyone has a gift and everyone plays a part. We will use our gifts to serve God’s Kingdom. Value: Action 10: WE GIVE ALL GLORY TO JESUS Everything that we do is about Jesus, for Jesus. We play a part in God’s rescue mission, but ultimately we are His servants. We will not take ourselves more seriously than we ought to. Value: Humility
