Rev. Kris Brower
Rev. Kris Brower is an experienced late comer to the ministry. Though he has been leading church worship services for over 20 years, he was first an experienced manufacturing engineer, plant and corporate management member, and an industrial consultant to a broad variety of manufacturers internationally. He has always been active in church wherever he has lived, and has served in nearly every position, including Mission District Dean over multiple churches. He has experience in teaching adult and youth Bible classes, youth group leadership, Scouting leadership, police chaplaincy, and more. Members of other denominations even came to him for personal counseling.
Pastor Brower's educational background includes an AAS degree in Aviation Technology, a BS degree in Industrial Engineering/Supervision, and an MS degree in Industrial Administration/Education from Purdue University. His theological education includes becoming a certified Stephen Minister, a certified Parish Lay Minister, and a Certificate of Ministry. He was ordained a Lutheran pastor by Bp. John Bradosky of the NALC in 2012.
