Meet The Pastor
Co-Pastors David Stalbird and Roderick Spencer
Let us introduce you to our pastors!
Dave Stalbird (on the left) has been serving as a pastor at Twin Tiers Christian Church since December 2015. He has also been serving as the local director for the Steuben, Schuyler, and Chemung chapter of Child Evangelism Fellowship since December 2010. His experience working with youth includes over 30 years of coaching baseball and basketball in youth sports leagues. David also participates in church services as a speaker at the Elmira Correctional Facility and the Corning Center Nursing Home.
Rod Spencer (on the right) has been serving as a pastor at Twin Tiers Christian church since December, 2015. Prior to this he was actively involved in planting City Reach Church in Endicott, NY, served as an associate pastor at Abundant Life Community Outreach Church in Elmira for four years, and has been a guest speaker at area churches throughout the Southern Tier region. Rod currently lives in Elmira.
