About New Hope Ministries International

We’re a church that’s not too churchy to be real. Life is a gift from God, but not without its challenges. Yet, we find a way to show love, kindness, and compassion. Perfection is not required in order to do that. After all, we are human. In our humanity we turn to God to be our strength, so that we can be encouraging, prayerful and actionable in helping others—even while finding our own purpose and peace. Your relationship with God is your own. We want to support you in being authentic in that relationship. Helping you live intentionally and to be the best version of you in every season of life. Collectively with God’s divine help we can elevate perspectives, bring people together, empower our communities and change lives positively.

BELIEFS

Jesus is Lord. That He is the only begotten Son of God, who died for our sins and rose on the third day and now sits on the right hand of the Father making intercession for us. (John 3:16) The confession and acceptance of Jesus Christ as your personal savior provides salvation from eternal separation from God and deliverance from sin: from the penalty of sin (Rom. 10:10); from the power of sin (Rom. 6:14) ; from the presence of sin (1st Thess. 4:17) We are justified by faith and sanctified through the power of the Holy Spirit and word of God (I Cor. 6:11; & Gal. 2:16). God requires us to live a holy life and that holiness is a lifestyle. (Rom. 12:1). The word of God changes lives. (Isaiah 55:11; Heb. 4:12 & Rom 1:16) The power of God should be evident in our lives producing good works. (James 2:17-18) Believers should come together for regular worship and fellowship. (Heb. 10:25) Full immersion water baptism. Baptism is an outward expression of an inward conviction. (Acts 2:38). The baptism and indwelling of the Holy Spirit. (Acts 2:4). God still works miracles and healings in this present church age. (Mark 16:16-18). The operation of ministry gifts within the body of baptized believers (the church). (1st Cor. 12:4-11 & Eph. 4:11-12)
