About Shiloh United Methodist Church
Welcome to Shiloh UMC in Lynchburg Virginia. We are a small rural/urban church that has stood for over 200 years. Even after 200+ years we are still experiencing change. Just like a lot of people, change can make us nervous and excited. As a church we try to follow the call of Christ to help the less fortunate, share the good news of Jesus, and be faithful in our daily lives. We don’t pretend to be perfect and we are certainly not better than anyone else. We are simply better than we were, hopefully better than we were even yesterday. So we invite you to join with us on this adventure that we have started on and again let us say, Welcome.
