Service Times
Labor Day through the end of June, join us for casual worship on Saturdays at 5:30pm, for traditional worship on Sundays at 9am, and for contemporary worship on Sundays at 10:30am.
July through Labor Day weekend, join us for casual worship on Saturdays at 5:30pm and for a combined Sunday worship service at 10am.
Special services are offered for Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday and Christmas Eve.
A professionally staffed Nursery is available at all services, and KIDSClub is held during Sunday services.

About Herndon United Methodist Church
Whether you spend time with us in worship or study, playing music, fixing a house, or playing basketball, we hope it is an experience that engages your heart, mind, soul, and imagination. Herndon UMC has a wonderful building that provides an inviting place for people to gather. You will see people from throughout the community (who may be alumni from HUMC Preschool) coming through our doors again and again for Vacation Bible School, UPWARD Basketball, musical concerts and GIFT Dinners. We seek to strengthen our relationships with God, with our community, and with each other. We welcome everyone, and hope that you find a sense of belonging here.
Herndon UMC also has a long legacy of involvement in our community. You will meet members of our church family in the schools, serving as Scout leaders, coaching local sports, and on the bike trails. You will find them volunteering at The Closet and with LINK, and rebuilding homes in our community and beyond. You will find our members reaching out and making connections abroad in places like southern Virginia, Haiti, and Costa Rica. There are so many opportunities, we hope that you find a connection that helps you find a deepening sense of meaning, purpose, and identity.
