Meet The Pastor

Elder Andrew M. Tucker
Elder Andrew Tucker began pastoring Northern Virginia Primitive Baptist Church in 2021. He is originally from the small town of Brooklet, Georgia. Growing up, he attended the Lanes Primitive Baptist Church and first felt a calling to preach in his teenage years. He attended Brewton-Parker College, where he received a B.A. in Christian Studies. Afterwards, Pastor Tucker attended Fellowship Primitive Baptist Church and while there became licensed to preach. After several years of supplying at churches throughout the southeast, he was ordained as an Elder. He then became the Associate Pastor of Fellowship Church, and was primarily focused on youth ministry and community outreach. Pastor Tucker has also gone on a number of mission trips to places such as Hong Kong, New York, San Francisco, Belize, New Orleans, and Ukraine.
