When our family moved to Blacksburg and began looking for a church, we were immediately impressed by how welcoming Blacksburg Baptist was. Tommy McDearis is an engaging pastor, and we enjoy and learn from his sermons. There are three styles of worship music, providing something for everyone. As we joined the church, we were able to quickly find discipleship classes to grow in our faith, and we easily found ways to serve the church and the community. Our daughter was welcomed into the children's program with open arms, which helped a lot to ease the transition to a new town. We have definitely found a church home at BBC!
