We are a small non-denominational church established in 1947. We believe the church is the body of Christ of which Jesus Christ is the head. We believe the church is made up of all people who profess faith in the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We believe the purpose of the church is to glorify God by making him known to the lost world and help believers to grow and mature in their faith. We believe the message of gospel never changes and is the same yesterday, today and forever but the methods by which the gospel is proclaimed must be relevant to each new generation. We seek constant direction and leadership of the Holy Spirit in carrying out the works of the church to reach our community for Christ.

BELIEFS
About the Scriptures: We believe the entire Bible is the inspired Word of God and that men were moved by the Holy Spirit to write the words of scripture.
About God: We believe in one God who exists in three distinct entities (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit). Scripture teaches that the love of God, the Father, is so great that man cannot fully understand or appreciate its magnitude. We believe that Jesus Christ is the second member of the Trinity (the Son of God) who became flesh to reveal God's love to man and to become the Savior of the lost world. We believe that the third entity of the Trinity, the Holy Spirit, works in the world to make all people understand their need for Jesus Christ.
About Man: We believe that the shed blood of Jesus Christ on the cross provides the sole basis for the forgiveness of sins. Therefore, salvation only occurs when a person places his faith in the death and resurrection of Christ as the sufficient payment for his sins.
About the Christian Life: We believe that every Christian should live for Christ and not for himself/herself, by obedience to the Word of God (the Bible) and daily yielding to the Spirit. Every believer should strive to mature and become conformed to the image of Christ.
About the Church: We believe that the church is the body of Christ of which Jesus Christ is the head. We believe that the church is made up of all people who profess faith in the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
About the Ordinances: We believe Jesus instructed the church to remember His death, burial, and resurrection through two visible symbols we call the ordinances of the church. These two ordinances are communion, or the Lord's Supper, and water baptism by immersion.
