Mary R Flores a native Texan, Senior Pastor, and founder of Oasis Church of Taylor. Pastor Mary’s calling started at a very young age. She began preaching the word of God in the summer of 1992. It wasn’t long after that year that God started opening doors for her to preach the gospel internationally. Her mission is to take the message of salvation to all individuals, families and communities locally and internationally.
Oasis Church of Taylor was founded in May of 2004. We are a non denomination, multi cultural, and full of the Holy Ghost church. We offer varies services weekly in both Spanish and English. Our ministry welcomes all no matter, race, nationality, gender, or education. Our mission is to save the lost, share the word of hope, faith, and healing.
Oasis Church ministry is active in the great commission by making disciples according to Mathew 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Pastor Mary has established Oasis Bible Institute in effort to build up and equip disciples for the kingdom of Jesus Christ. Pastor Mary is the founder of Oasis Church Matamoros Mexico, overseer as a Senior Pastor. Mary is the founder of the Outreach Ministry in Rockdale, TX and founder of Agape Food Pantry also. AFP is the hands and feet of hope in our community and surrounding cities. The mission of AFP is disaster relief efforts, families going thru financial crisis. Our goal is to feed the hungry, cloth the naked, and help the widows for this is true religion. She is a Professor of INE Satellite (Instituto National De Entrenamiento) out of Oklahoma City, OK.
“I know that life is filled with troubles and hurting families all over the world,” says Senior Pastor Mary, and I believe God has called us and positioned us to win. His will is that no one should perish but have everlasting life John 3:16. OC has been chosen for such a time as this to win souls, equip the believer with God’s word, and for all to get active in the kingdom of God!
Educational Background
Mary holds an earned B.A. in theology Christian Study’s from Advantage College in San Jose, CA. Mary is currently expanding her study’s to earn her M.A. in theological studies.
Pastor Mary’s family:
Mary has been married to her husband, Raymond A Flores for over 34 years, and they are the parents of 4 wonderful girls including three grandchildren and son in-law. The Flores’s reside in Taylor, TX.
