OUR MISSION
Our mission is to be empowered by God's grace to show love to our world.
ABOUT LIFE IN GRACE
Life in Grace is a small and friendly congregation who worships in a traditional but relaxed setting. We sing to a variety of musical styles. Pastor Hand focuses on practical teachings of God’s grace and how He affects our lives.
We are service oriented and consistently support several community organizations including Family Promise, the Crisis Center and the Joe Rutledge YMCA. We offer an ecumenical women's Bible study group that meets on Tuesdays during the lunch hour. We also offer Men's breakfasts and confirmation classes.
Please join us for worship; we’d love to meet you! We’re located on the corner of Tom Green and 11th streets.

BELIEFS
We believe, teach, and confess the Triune God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and the gospel as the power of God for the salvation of all who believe in him.
Sinners are made right with God by grace alone through faith alone (Ephesians 2:8) on account of Christ alone.
The Word of God is Jesus Christ (John 1:1, 14), the proclamation of him (Matthew 18:20, 1 John 1:12), and the Holy Scriptures (2 Timothy 3:16). This Word functions as both law and gospel, which need to be distinguished, but not separated. The law orders society and convicts us of sin, showing us our need for a Savior. The gospel is the power of God that liberates us from sin, death, and the power of the devil, and brings us, by grace, from death to life (Romans 1:16).
