Meet The Pastor
Rev. Robert Henson
Welcome. I would love for you to experience Sunday worship with us and I would love the opportunity to meet you. My favorite thing in life is to help people in their faith journey. In particular, I try to make Christianity understandable so that people can apply it to their lives. Regardless of a person’s background or history, I will meet you where you are and guide you to a fuller, more vibrant faith.
I have a BBA in Management from the University of North Texas and a Master of Divinity from Trinity School for Ministry. Besides being a priest, I have worked as an international commodity trader and as a real estate investor.
I enjoy golf, reading, travel and playing with Charlie, my Labrador retriever.
My wife Karen and I have three children. Jon is in seminary and is planning on being a church planter. Sarah is an athletic trainer. Hannah died in 2003 and is now dancing with Jesus.
