BELIEFS
The Day of Deliverance Revival Center was founded by Pastors Dewey and Cindy Ward in 1991 and is committed to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, without compromise. To be faithful to minister to the spirit, soul and body of all those committed into our care by Jesus Christ.
We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God without error according II Tim 3:16.
We believe that the word of God is the final authority for all Christians.
We believe that their is ONE God, creator of all things and eternally existing in three manifestations, The Father The Son and The Holy Ghost
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that he was conceived of the Holy Ghost, and born of the virgin Mary.
We believe that he died on the cross for our sins, and that he resurrected on the third day.
We believe in salvation, not by works, but only through the blood of Jesus Christ.
We believe that salvation is available to all that will repent of their sins, and accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Ghost, with the initial evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance, and in the nine manifested gifts of the Spirit according to I Corinthians 12.
We believe that all Christians should be baptized, for the remission of sins as a testimony of dying to sin and the flesh and resurrection to a new life in Jesus Christ, and we believe in baptizing in Jesus name according to Acts 2:38 .
We believe as Christians we are responsible to be good stewards in Bible study, daily prayer, church attendance, and in tithes and offerings to the local church.
We believe in the rapture of the church according to I Thess 4:16 when the dead in Christ shall be resurrected and all the church shall be caught up to meet the Lord in the air, and forever be with Him.
