Apostle and Senior Pastor Michael J. Wise
Beloved it is with great joy that I welcome you to Sonrise International Church. We are a family of disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ that are united in the reality that the Son of God rose up 2000 years ago and not only lived a spotless, perfect life, He revolutionized the world. Then He died giving up His life as a sacrifice for us all. However, the Son did not remain dead. On the third day He rose again from the dead and is alive now and forevermore. After 40 days He rose again from the Earth to Heaven. This was not the end of the Son rising. He kept rising in His disciples that remained upon the Earth.
Now, we are a part of that number. He rises in each of us who say yes to Him and allow Him to do so. We have given our yes to Him that indeed, the Son can rise in us. In fact, we renew that yes everyday so that yes, He keeps rising more and more.
We invite you to consider joining this family. It is quite a ride! It is exciting. Truly, this never a dull moment. You won't be bored. I assure you. There is always something going on. It is fulfilling. You really don't start living until you start living for more than just yourself. That is what we do around here. Not only does your life change, you get to be a part in changing the world. It is demanding. I won't lie to you about that. Sonrise requires something out of you, your best. Yet, the more you give, the more you receive. It is demanding but rewarding at the same time. Surely, you won't regret it if you give your best to the LORD here.
If you accept this challenge, I, Michael J. Wise, the Senior Apostle of this ministry together with our team will help guide you on this journey. Like you, we haven't arrived and attained everything yet, but we are on the journey and we will get there. We founded this ministry in 2005 in Nashville, TN and are now in four continents of the Earth. A shaking has begun on this planet through Sonrise. Nonetheless, we are convinced that we are just getting started. There is so much to do. The world beckons to us. As the LORD brings in new partners, we understand that we can multiply our impact, reaching more of this great world.
