At The Great Commission Church, we stand firmly on the unchanging truths and conservative doctrines of the Christian faith
Biblical Inerrancy and Authority:
We affirm the Bible as the infallible and inspired Word of God, without error in its original manuscripts, serving as the ultimate authority for faith and practice.
Triune God:
We believe in the eternal existence of the one true God in three distinct persons: Father, Son (Jesus Christ), and Holy Spirit – each fully God and co-equal.
Total Depravity of Humanity:
We acknowledge humanity's fallen nature and inherent sinfulness, rendering all individuals in need of God's grace for redemption.
Salvation by Grace through Faith:
We affirm salvation as a free gift of God's grace, received solely through faith in Jesus Christ's atoning sacrifice on the cross.
Substitutionary Atonement:
We believe in the vicarious and substitutionary atonement of Christ, who bore the penalty for our sins, satisfying divine justice and reconciling us to God.
Bodily Resurrection and Second Coming:
We affirm Jesus Christ's bodily resurrection and eagerly await His literal return, as promised in Scripture, to judge the living and the dead.
Sanctity of Human Life and Marriage:
We uphold the sanctity of human life from conception to natural death and affirm marriage as a sacred covenant between one man and one woman.
Missions and Evangelism:
We are committed to fulfilling the Great Commission by spreading the gospel, making disciples, and sharing the message of salvation to all nations.
