Consecrated into the Office of Overseer in 2010, Overseer Neal believes in Kingdom Ministry that would say, “Greatness will never be understood by an Environment that does not embrace it.” If enough people see it they will embrace it. What is it that greatness asks for us to understand, that as a people is so hard to embrace? It’s not truth because we all know it; it’s where we live which the environment is also known as Kingdom. People live move and breath church with their eyes closed, but can't operate in Kingdom because they don’t know truth in Kingdom just in church. We seek to" Find the Need and Meet It" that's what Kingdom is. Overseer Neal lives by this biblical principle, “What is Success? Knowing God, Reaching your maximum potential and sowing seeds to benefit others.” - The Late Bishop Otis Lockett
Overseer Neal is the proud father of one God-Fearing son Matthew E. Major.
