At Calvary Chapel Worship Center (CCWC) we seek to make God’s love known so that His people may grow in a living, dynamic relationship with Him through His Son, Jesus Christ.
God’s “love letter” to the world is the Bible. The invitation that God gives is the best news this world has ever heard; God sent His Son to save us from our sins and give us the free gift of eternal life.
We are committed to helping people have a personal relationship with Jesus as their Lord and Savior, walking together to grow and mature in our faith.

The main thing at Calvary Chapel is very simple: we should love the Lord our God with all our heart. Some measure the health of a church by its size, but we believe that the greatest and most important measure of a church is the love they have in their hearts for the Lord. Everything in the church should be centered on the main thing - loving the Lord our God with all our heart.
Preach the Word - "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God" (John 1:1). We teach through the Bible in its entirety because in so doing we gain the "full counsel" of God as He has revealed His heart for us there. The Word of God also reveals Jesus, the Son of the living God; we see God revealing His Son from Genesis through Revelation.
God-centered Worship - Worship in song is an opportunity to express our love and adoration for the Lord. It is a time of true intimacy with God. Therefore, worship should be centered and focused on God. We desire our worship in song to draw us closer to our Lord; it's about relationship.
Empowered by the Holy Spirit - "'Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit,' says the Lord" (Zechariah 4:6). We believe the Holy Spirit provides the power in the life of the believer to give him victory over sin and the flesh. We are taught to walk after the Spirit and not the flesh. The Holy Spirit is the power in our life to conform us into the image of Jesus Christ. This is the work of the Holy Spirit within us and not our own. But not only does the Holy Spirit work within us, He also works through us. The Holy Spirit is the "dynamic" power in our lives that allows us to be effective witnesses for Jesus Christ. It is God's plan that our lives be the instruments that He uses to reach the world around us as the Spirit flows through us.
What to Expect at Calvary Chapel Worship Center
Digging into God’s Word - You can always expect that we will study God’s Word because He sent His Word to tell us about His great love and equip us for the life He wants us to live. From Genesis to Revelation, you will receive biblical teaching that is practical, relevant, and life changing.
Heartfelt Worship - Worship should be an expression of our love in response to God’s love for us. God calls us to authentic and sincere praise that honors Him, so our worship is God-centered, contemporary, and heartfelt.
Come as you are - Man looks at the outward appearance but God looks at the heart. We emphasize heart-change rather than how people dress. Please feel free to dress casually and comfortably, you’ll fit right in.
All are valued - Every generation is valued by the Lord. We teach the Word of God to every age group at their level so they may apply biblical principles to everyday life.
