Meet The Pastor
Pastor Andrew W Sturm
Pastor Andy grew up right here in Amelia, Ohio attending all the local elementary and high schools. Pastor Andy received schooling as a funeral director and embalmer and worked for EC Nurre Funeral Home here in Amelia for 10 years before the Lord called him to preach the Gospel. After attending Bible college, Pastor Andy surrendered to the call of missions and served the Lord in England for 10 years. He and his family established the Lighthouse Baptist Church of Carlisle, England during that time and the church still goes forth strong today. In 2014, the Lord brought Pastor Andy and his family back to Central Baptist Church to take over the pastorate from his father-in-law. On November 1, 2014, Pastor Andy became the pastor.
Pastor Andy and his wife, Amy, have 6 children.
