THE TRIUNE GOD. There is one and only one living and true God, eternally existing in three persons (Father, Son and Holy Spirit), co-eternal in being, co-identical in nature, co-equal in power and glory, co-equal in every divine perfection, and executing distinct but harmonious offices in the great work of redemption.
GOD THE FATHER, an infinite Spirit, the Supreme Ruler of heaven and earth, and the Recipient of all our prayers
GOD THE SON, the Lord Jesus Christ, became man, without ceasing to be God, having been conceived by the Holy Spirit, and born of the Virgin Mary, in order that He might reveal God and redeem sinful men through the shedding of His blood in death on the cross as our representative, vicarious, substitutionary sacrifice, and that our justification is made sure by His literal, physical resurrection from the dead. He has ascended to heaven where He ministers as our High Priest and is preparing a place for His followers and one day will return for them.
GOD THE HOLY SPIRIT is a divine person, equal with God the Father and God the Son, and of the same nature, who convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment; that He is the supernatural Agent in the regeneration Who baptizes all believers into the body of Christ and indwells and seals them unto the day of redemption. He is the divine Teacher who guides believers into all truth; and that it is the privilege and duty of all the saved to be filled with the Spirit
CREATION & THE FALL OF MAN. God created the heaven & the earth and all that is in them just as He has declared in His word. All men are descended from the historical Adam & Eve. Man was created the image of God, but by voluntary transgression, Adam fell from his innocent state resulting in all humans being born in sin and totally depraved under God's just condemnation.
SALVATION is the gift of God brought to man by grace and received by personal faith in the person and work of the Lord Jesus Christ in atoning for man's sin on the cross of Calvary. JUSTIFICATION is that judicial act of God whereby He declares the believer righteous upon the basis of the imputed righteousness of Christ, and that it is bestowed, not in consideration of any works of righteousness which we have done, but solely through faith in the Redeemer's shed blood, SANCTIFICATION is the divine setting-apart of the believer unto God which begins at salvation, continues through life in increasing holiness and will become complete reality at glorification. This means that believers are to live for the glory of God and eschew sinful & worldly practices.
THE CHURCH is the body of Christ made up of born-again people in this present age. Its chief purpose of existence is to glorify God through the evangelization of the world and the building up of its members into maturity and Christ-likeness. We hold to the two ordinances of Baptism by immersion of believers and the Lord's Supper (Communion) as a commemoration of Jesus death until He comes.
ESCHATOLOGY - we hold to a pre-tribulational, pre-millennial position which will be followed by eternity in which the righteous and wicked will be eternally separated. The wicked to judgment and condemnation to eternal hell and the righteous into eternal life with God.
