About Believers Chapel North
At Believers Chapel North, our desire is to make you feel welcomed and included in what we're doing. We believe that we are saved by the grace of God and therefore have no reason to judge or exclude anyone from entering our place of worship. We understand that no one is perfect and won't expect you to be either! Our desire is to help you connect and grow into the image of Jesus Christ.
Our Pastors and Elders firmly believe in teaching from the Bible. They desire to lead and instruct you in applying the Word of God to your everyday life. Their goal is to help you better understand God's Word, without compromising its powerful message.

BELIEFS
-We believe the Bible to be inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God. (2 Tim 3:16)
-We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. (Matt 3:16-17)
-We believe in the deity of Christ (Acts 2:36), in His virgin birth (Luke 1:30-35), in His sinless life (Heb 4:15), in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death (1 Peter 2:24), in His resurrection from the dead (Acts 2:24), in His ascension to the right hand of the Father(Acts 2:31), and in His personal and imminent second coming. (Rev 19:11)
-We believe in the absolute necessity of regeneration by the Holy Spirit (new birth - born again - John 3:3) for salvation because of the exceeding sinfulness of human nature (Rom 8:20); that we are justified on the single ground of faith in the shed blood of Christ (Titus 3:7); and that only by God’s grace and through faith we are saved. (Eph 2:5)
-We believe in the literal existence of Heaven for the redeemed in Christ and in a literal Hell, the place of conscious punishment for the unsaved. (John 14:2, Rev 20:15)
-We believe that the gifts of the Holy Spirit are in operation today for the edification of the Church and for the conversion of unbelievers. (Rom 12:6-8, 1 Cor 12:8-10, Eph 4:11)
