The Kingdom Refuge & Dream Center is a Non-Denominational Church. The pastor is Kenneth D. Brooks & first lady Virginia M. Brooks. Our current Location is 744 Baldwin Street, Elmira NY 14901. We are governed by a church structure that is built upon the foundation of the Apostles and Prophets with Jesus Christ as the chief cornerstone. (Eph. 2:20) We are committed to developing each believer to spiritual maturity, ministry compatibility & ministry excellence. (Eph. 4:11-13) We continually receive direction/correction/guidance and impartation from other mature five-fold ministry leaders whom we relate to as a spiritual covering. (Rom.1:11-12) (Acts 15:40-41) When Jesus came to earth the very first declaration that he made was ""The Kingdom of God is at hand " (Matt. 4:17)
