Lead Pastor Rodney Poepping
Rod Poepping is the Senior Pastor at Mosaic Church, where he’s passionate about helping the church thrive and grow—kind of like a well-placed puzzle piece (which makes sense, because he’s really into jigsaw puzzles).
When he’s not leading and serving, you’ll find Rod spending time with his wife, Diane, their two kids and son-in-law, and their granddaughter—usually with a coffee in hand (half-sweet soy vanilla latte, if you’re taking notes). At home, he and Diane are outnumbered by their two dogs, Boaz and Delilah, who keep life entertaining.
Rod is known for his warm personality, hardworking nature, and ability to make people feel right at home. And if you ever hear him telling Diane, “You’re my greatest adventure,” just know—it’s not just a line; it’s the real deal!
