Our Mission
Our purpose as a congregation is to serve all people as God enables with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
It is our privilege to: proclaim God's undeserved love to people that see their sinfulness and come to trust in Jesus for their forgiveness and salvation: to strengthen believers in their Christian faith through Holy Baptism, the Word of God and the Lord's Supper; and to equip believers as disciples that they too may witness and share the love of God to others.

About Beautiful Savior of the Lake Lutheran / Ascension Evangelical Lutheran
We have just changed our name to Ascension Evangelical Lutheran. Our congregation is a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Synod. We are a group of Christians who believe that the Bible is the inspired and inerrant Word of God; that Jesus Christ, God's Son, suffered and died in our place so that our sins are forgiven and we may live in heaven when we die, and that the Holy Spirit comes to live in our hearts so that we out of thankfulness, may live our lives for our Lord and Savior.
We welcome all people of all ages; who long for a family in Christ, who long for comfort and strength, who long for truth and rest for their soul.
We have Bible Enrichment every Wednesday at 7:00 pm, and Worship every Saturday evening at 6:30. Pastor Ernst also conducts individual Bible information classes as requested and also Biblical marriage counseling.
We are in fellowship with the Wisconsin Lutheran Synod (WELS) Our congregation shares in Foreign mission work with the ELS and WELS.
We are a traditional, scriptural based family in Christ, and we welcome you to grow in God's Truth with us.
