Rev. Mark Johnson
Pastor Johnson is a graduate of Fort Wayne Theological Seminary (1977)
He was called to St. John's Lutheran in Dunnell, MN and served that congregation until 1984.
He then was called to Mt. Calvary Lutheran in Richfield, MN
and served there 30 yrs. until his retirement in 2018.
Pastor Johnson now resides in Baxter.
​Pastor Johnson and his wife Kathy have been married for 46 yrs
and the Lord has blessed them with six children.
In his free time he enjoys reading, gardening, and fishing.
Pastor Johnson's favorite Bible verse is Galatians 2:20
"I have been crucified with Christ,
It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me.
And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God
who loved me and gave Himself for me."
​Pastor Johnson preaches Sunday services at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. every Sunday.
He is also conducting Wednesday Youth Night Devotions and Chat N Chow devotions.
Pastor Johnson is available for meetings, home-bound calls, hospital calls
and all pastoral needs of the members of Gloria Dei.
