Meet The Pastor
Pastor Carolyn Mobley-Bowie
Rev. Carolyn was ordained as a Christian minister in 1995 at the General Conference of the Universal Fellowship of Metropolitan Community Churches, in Atlanta, GA. She served fifteen years as the Associate Pastor at Resurrection MCC in Houston, Texas. She has served our denomination as staff, supporting the Clergy Connection program, and as the Interim Pastor at MCC congregations in Tulsa, OK and Richmond, VA. While in Virginia, Rev. Carolyn and her partner, Rev. Adrain were legally married on December 17, 2015 to lawfully sanction their celebrated MCC Holy Union almost 20 years ago.
