We are a loving, faithful, encouraging and committed family of Christians seeking to please God in every area of life and faith. At LWBC, we are a family-integrated church that recognizes that the Church exists to:
- Proclaim the true Gospel of Jesus Christ to all people (evangelism)
- Train and equip believers to Christian maturity (discipleship)
- Honor the Lord through true Christian worship
- Grow in our love and devotion to the people of God (fellowship)
- Be the hands and feet of Christ through good works (service)
All of which is ultimately for the glory of Jesus Christ and the expansion of His Kingdom.
At LWBC we recognize that the professing American church has tragically lost its way in many respects. Many churches and worship services focus on entertainment, pop culture and trends, “life enhancement” preaching with a “seeker sensitive” message devoid of the true Gospel in order to make Christianity seem more “appealing” to unbelievers. By the grace of God, we are seeking to keep God’s Church pure and holy, set apart, for the day when we will be presented to Christ as a spotless Bride. We invite all who our Lord calls to join us as we seek to grow in joyful Christian maturity, obedience, faithfulness and fellowship!
