BELIEFS
As Lutherans, we believe that we are sinful humans, unable to get in a right relationship with God on our own. We are saved by Grace, through Faith, which is the work of the Holy Spirit, accomplished through the preaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We cannot earn God’s love, for God already loves us. We can, however, respond to his love by doing God’s work in the world – advocating and working for justice and peace though all the world.
