About Hope Culture Church

“COME AND SEE.” This phrase is what started the ministry of Jesus Christ over 2,000 years ago and it is the premise through which Hope Culture Church operates. Maybe you’re not sure about this whole God/Jesus/Church thing. Our goal is not to pressure you into anything, rather to provide a “Come and See” experience. If you’ve had any interaction with church before, it may be helpful to know that we don’t have “services” or “mass” we have experiences. The reason is simple: We want EVERYONE to experience the presence of God and the life-changing experience of salvation (or life with Jesus).

BELIEFS

“We believe in one God, the Father, the Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all that is, seen and unseen.” – Nicene Creed “We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, eternally begotten of the Father, God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, of one Being with the Father. Through Him all things were made. For us and for our salvation He came down from heaven: by the power of the Holy Spirit He became incarnate from the Virgin Mary, and was made man. For our sake He was crucified under Pontius Pilate; He suffered death and was buried. On the third day He rose again in accordance with the Scriptures; He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and His kingdom will have no end.” -Nicene Creed “We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son. With the Father and the Son He is worshipped and glorified. He has spoken through the Prophets.” -Nicene Creed In the beginning, man decided not to reflect God and began to reflect self. This led to disobedience, chaos, and the fall. The fall is man falling into sin. This sin separates us from God, from our purpose, from our true identity, and from our destiny. We believe that the blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the cross, provides the sole basis for forgiveness of sin. Therefore, God freely offers salvation to those who place their faith in the death and resurrection of Christ as the sufficient payment for their sin.
