About First Christian Church
We are apart of the historic Stone-Campbell Movement and align with the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). Our congregation was established in 1836. We are Bible believers and follow no creed but Christ. As a Disciples congregation, we have a Communion Service during each and every Sunday morning service. We are an Open Table church which means all are welcome to the table.
Visitors are always welcomed. Sunday morning worship begins at 10:30 AM. Our worship services are about one hour. Children are welcome to stay in church or they may attend a children worship. We seek to combine traditional hymns, choir anthems and special music, communion service, and preaching with the goal of being both present to God and encouraging you on your faith journey.
