Pastor Rick Cooper
Todd Morgan is Pastor of Touch of Life Church-Fishers. He and his wife Stephanie have 3 children ( Kate, Roman, and William Morgan ). Ordained as a Minister through the International Ministerial Association, Todd is also a certified instructor for substance abuse prevention. He has actively worked in the ministry since the age of 16, assisting in developing an inner-city ministry in Evansville, Indiana, called the Dream Center. Todd has been recognized and endorsed for his unique ability to develop and operate diverse ministerial programming that benefits multi-cultural youth and families.
