St. Valentinus Gnostic Catholic Church

Peace Be With You. Welcome to the official Facebook Page for Saint Valentinus Gnostic Catholic Parish, A Ministry of The Gnostic Catholic Union. Located in the Murray Hill neighborhood of Jacksonville Florida. We hold regular liturgies at a small chapel in the private home of our pastor and Rector, Reverend Father E.A. Stapleton-Raines. In person attendance to liturgies is limited, but all liturgies are livestreamed on this Facebook page. Our Parish finds it origins in the Independent Sacramental Movment, The Liberal Catholic Church of Bishop Wedgewood and by extension the Old Catholic Church, as well as the Ecclesia Gnostica and The French Gnostic Church. Our history is deeply rooted in the Liberal Catholic and Gnostic Traditions! We also take inspiration from The Aquarian Catholic Spiritual Community, The Church of Eden's Circle, and the greater Christian Esoteric Community. We hold direct fellowship with the other communities that have entered into concordance with the greater Gnostic Catholic Union. While we hold fraternal love and respect for our Christian Bretheren, We are not affiliated with The Roman Catholic Diocese of Saint Augustine, The Episcopal Diocese Of Florida, The Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of North America, The Orthodox in America, Nor any other Chrisitan Church or Communion that is not in concordance with the Gnostic Catholic Union. We also have no affiliation with any branch of The Ordo Templi Orientis, it's ecclesiastical branch the Ecclesia Gnostica Catholica, or any Thelemic organization.
