Meet The Pastor
Reverend Michael Carbaugh
That's me over there with my beautiful wife Shannon. We started ministering at Pond Hill Baptist Church in 1995. We were single them, but madly in love. I had recently graduated from Boston Baptist College in Boston, MA with an Associate in Science in Biblical Studies and a 4-Year Certificate of Biblical Studies. Since then our family has grown to include Shawn, Mikaela, and Megan.
I continued my education at Luther Rice University earning a Master of Art in Biblical Counseling (2007) and finishing a Master of Divinity (2010). I'm sure Doctoral work will be in the future.
Shannon graduated from St. Mary's School of Nursing with her R.N. degree. Later she returned to Liberty University and earned her B.S. in Nursing. She has served in many capacities in the church over the years. Currently, she facilitates our summer ladies' life group and leads other ladies' activities throughout the year.
