About Heart of Longmont
We are a community of faith with deep roots in the Longmont community, and with a new and vital vision for both Longmont and our place in it. Our Vision Statement says that we will : “Serve as the Heart of Longmont by helping every person find deeper meaning and God’s purpose for their life as a committed Christ-follower.” It’s no accident that the first word in our statement is “serve.” We are sharply focused on being active in not only our surrounding neighborhood but also in the larger Longmont community. We believe that Jesus Christ calls us to work toward creating a community where love and respect for all people is the norm, and faith is a verb rather than a noun.
