About Monterey Peninsula Church of Christ
Monterey Peninsula Church of Christ is a Bible-based Christian congregation in Monterey, California, committed to worshiping God in spirit and truth (John 4:24). We emphasize heartfelt worship, Bible teaching, fellowship, and spiritual growth. Every Sunday we gather for Bible class and worship, and on Wednesday evenings we meet for class and devotionals.

MINISTRIES AND GROUPS
On Sundays, we’ll sing some songs, read Scripture together, listen to a Bible-based sermon, and take communion together.
Wednesday nights mainly consist of Bible study. These are guided studies led by a capable teacher, but everyone is invited to participate with comments and questions.
BELIEFS
As much as we talk about our local church being about each other, the focus is ultimately on God and His Word. Everything you hear from our pulpit comes straight from the Bible, not our imaginations. That’s the only way to become true disciples.
