Our Mission
We have a vision of a place where the people of our community can come and find an oasis of faith, hope, and love; a place where those in need can turn for spiritual help. We believe that those who respond positively to the invitation of God in Christ will become part of the family of God and of this fellowship. It is our desire to help each one develop in Christ-like maturity and to equip them for ministry in the church and their life mission in the world for the glory of God. We believe that this vision is God's response to our prayer for direction and guidance on behalf of the ministry.
The broad vision for this ministry includes the following:
1) A place to worship and feed the soul. A home and sanctuary, for all who may come, and enter into a
relationship with God in Christ.
2) A place where with total abandon, the tenets of the Christian faith are spoken of and practiced, with the hope that by exposure to the love of the Lord and His expression through us, lives will be changed.
3) A clothing bank where those in need may come and receive clean clothing in order to present an
acceptable appearance as they meet with prospective employers.
4) A job bank so that those who need work can connect with local employers with jobs available.
5) A mail address and telephone answering service that those in need may use on a job application, so
that a prospective employer can reach them.
6) A clearing house: To provide liaison between service providers and those in need, for referral to the
same.
We are not seeking government money because we are a decidedly Christian outreach.

New Beginning is a Christian Church for all people - alive, diverse, inclusive, thankful! We are committed to making God's Love known to all people, through faithfulness to the sharing of the gospel and disciple making and through our service in Christ's name within the community.
We are open to all of God's children, regardless of race, social status, and all the other things that often separate people. The church offers those who have suffered prejudice at the hands of anyone, a place to worship freely, a place to come for a new spiritual beginning.
NBCC is modeled after the teachings of Jesus Christ. Promoting the gospel message of Jesus' unconditional love for all of God's children is the primary mission of the church. We believe that being part of a community of faith is vitally important to each individual, and we strive to provide a safe and spiritually invigorating environment for worship.

We are a church dedicated to the proclamation of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Everything else we do and offer is second to that.
BELIEFS
1. We believe that the 66 books of the Bible are the inspired and infallible Word of God.
2. We believe that there is one sovereign, true and living God, eternally existent in three persons, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. These three being one in substance, and equal in power and glory.
3. We believe that God the Father is the author and creator of everything that was created. Jesus Christ called Him "Our Father."
4. We believe that Christ Jesus is the Son of God, the second person of the Godhead and eternal God. He was supernaturally conceived of the Holy Spirit; and that He is uniquely and completely both human and divine; that He died on the cross as the full atonement for sin, was raised bodily from the dead on the third day, and is now in heaven at the right hand of the Father, and will return bodily from heaven.
5. We believe that God the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Godhead, possessing all the attributes of God in power and personality and is fully equal to the other members of the Godhead. He regenerates, baptizes, seals, and indwells those who believe in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, fills those who obey God, and gives special gifts for ministry within the church.
6. We believe that the Church is the entire body of all who believe in Jesus as Lord. The local church being a body of believers who are committed to incorporating the truth of God's Word into their lives, exercising their spiritual gifts in ministry for the glory of God and proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all people.
7. We believe that there are three symbolic ordinances instituted by the Lord Jesus Christ.
A. Baptism by immersion
B. The Lord's Supper
C. Feet Washing
8. We believe in the imminent return of the Lord Jesus Christ for His Church, and that there will be a seven year period of tribulation, a one thousand year reign of Christ, and the final state of eternal judgment: for all unbelievers in hell, and eternal blessings for all believers.
