Meet The Pastor
Pastor Michael Rodriguez
Hello!
My name is Michael Rodriguez, and I am the pastor of PV Home Church.
I have been married to my wife, Tracy, for 10 years, and we have two children, ages 4 and 6. We run our own business and have served in local churches or community ministries since before we were married.
I love both writing books and music. I’ve played guitar for over 20 years and have been writing songs for nearly as long.
I was officially ordained in 2023, but I’ve served in church leadership for several years as both a worship pastor and an associate pastor. I’ve been involved in church ministry consistently since 2003.
I earned my bachelor's degree in ministry of theology in 2013. I'm currently finishing my master’s program and plan to begin my doctorate by 2026.
My desire for our church is to reflect the early church as closely to Scripture as possible. While I recognize that some aspects of the early church were shaped by culture and safety concerns, I believe the home church is where discipleship and the use of spiritual gifts can truly thrive. I love our brothers and sisters in larger churches, but I also believe there are many of us who grow best in smaller, more personal environments like these.
