Pastor Dr. Clyde Chilton Jr.
Dr. Clyde Chilton Jr. is the proud but humble Pastor of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church. Pastor Chilton was born and raised in East Texas; after being drafted into the United States Army, serving one tour in Viet Nam, he made the Army his career and retired with 21 years of active service. Once retired from the Army, Pastor Chilton earned his Real Estate Broker's license, organized a real estate company and worked in the field for about 12 years. In 2001 Pastor Chilton, and his wife, Phyllis took a leap of faith and moved from Texas to Arizona praying for employment with the Department of Veterans. God answered their prayers and both Pastor and First Lady Chilton have retired from the Federal Government after serving 14 and 17.5 years respectively. Dr. Chilton answered the Lord's call to preach the gospel in 1995, he earned his Doctorate of Ministry in 2013. He is a gifted teacher and preacher. Dr. Chilton has been the Pastor of Shiloh Missionary Baptist since 2014, since that time, the church has matured in the knowledge of the Word of God.
Pastor Chilton continues to lead the church with vision and guidance from the Holy Spirit.
