Senior Pastor John Garcia
Together with his wife Pam, a fellow pastor, he has been in the ministry since 1987: more than 10 years as assistant pastor in the Philippines, when he learned the power of teamwork, submission, leadership, and pastoral care in a 30,000-church, a dutiful church planter in Davao City (Philippines), Budapest (Hungary), Pemberton (New Jersey, USA), and now, in Phoenix (Arizona, USA) when he learned and still is learning effective connections, assimilation, small groups, and training to raise and build people's lives to become Christ's disciples.
