Dr. Levell Bass
Dr. Levell Bass, B.TH, M.TH, D.D, PH.D
He is a native of Tillar AR and a resident of Pine Bluff AR. He is married to April Scott and they are the parents of 5 children and 4 grandchildren. He serves as the pastor of Regenerated Missionary Baptist Church. He preached his first sermon at the age of 18; licensed at Bold Pilgrim MB Church (Tillar AR) by Rev James Eaton and ordained at the age of 23 at the Mt Harmony Missionary Baptist Church (Pine Bluff AR) by Dr. Robert L Handley. He is the son of the late Martha and Earl Lee Bass.
He is a 1987 graduate of Tillar High School. He obtained his BS degree in Theology from Christian Leadership University in 2007. He also received an Honorary Doctorate Divinity Degree from Christian Leadership University in 2007. He has a Master Degree in Theology from Andersonville Theological Seminary and a PH.D in Theology from Northwestern Theological Seminary.
Although he accepted the calling to preach at an early age, he contends that his acceptance preserved him until he got older and gained a better understanding of himself and the ministry. Afterwards he has attended and has been apart many national, state and local Christian Leadership Schools. He has received much training and inspiration from preaching conferences all over the US. He is actively involved in Christian work.
He has taught Christian Education on the national, state and local level. He is certified to teach over 20 different courses in a Christian leadership school. He has done some teaching and preaching in Africa where he preach at the Church once pastored by one of Liberia Africa former presidents. He is the Congress President and Webmaster of the Consolidated St Marion District Association, board member and Assistant Director General of the Consolidated Missionary Baptist Congress of Arkansas and Secretary of the Pine Bluff Minister Alliance.
