Passion Worship Center

Passion Worship Center is the on-going fulfillment of a dream God gave me of a different kind of church community. Two families gathered in my living room, not wanting to "play church" anymore, and not wanting to plant a church the way we were being taught - according to the best business model, marketing scheme and image development. So, for over eight years, now, we have sought simply to get close to him. We haven't advertised, we haven't put out fliers or touch cards, and we haven't even had a web site up. We have simply been disciples - learners - and sought to deepen our relationships with one another and with Jesus. In these years, God has formed us as family. By word of mouth and through personal contacts, many have come to join us. The family has been increasing. Then something amazing happened. All of the stuff we had been teaching started coming true in and through us. The "greater things" Jesus said we were supposed to be doing took hold. God healed migraines, fibromyalgia, shoulders and knees. Gifts were released in many. We had opportunities to - and success in - casting out demons. People began having visions and dreams. Prophecy increased. And most of all, intimacy with God became real...even tangible. So here we are on this ride, learning as we go, trusting in the Holy Spirit, growing in ways we once taught but had never realized. Is it all Biblical? Absolutely. Is it all comfortable? Absolutely not. Is it real? No question. His promises are true, and they truly are greater than we could ever ask or imagine. So come join us. Dive in to the mystery that is God and get transformed. Live for a Kingdom that is truly not of this world, but is here and now. Find the open Heavens with us, where Jesus breaks in and our reality is rearranged to look like His. Learn and grow with us. Get transparent. Get vulnerable. Get all that God has for you. It's not selfish - it's how he equips you to do His will, so that we might be effective to reach the nations. Help us realize Jesus' prayer for us all, that we might realize His will, "on earth as it is in Heaven".
