BELIEFS
At Saint Peter’s Episcopal Church, we are devoted to seeking spiritual truth, asking meaningful questions, and growing together as the people of God. Our core values are deeply rooted in the Baptismal Covenant, a foundational expression of Episcopal faith and practice.
The Baptismal Covenant begins with the Apostles’ Creed, affirming the saving work of God in creation, redemption, and renewal. In response to God’s grace, we make five sacred promises—commitments that guide us in living out our faith as followers of Jesus Christ.
Though each person may live out these promises in unique ways, they are united by a shared commitment to walk in the loving, liberating, and life-giving way of Jesus. At Saint Peter’s, this path shapes every aspect of our worship, service, and community life.
