Christ Lutheran Church is a welcoming ELCA congregation located in Baltimore's Inner Harbor that draws people from communities throughout the Baltimore metropolitan area. Whether you are exploring faith for the first time, returning to church after many years, or searching for a new church home, you'll find a community where people of all backgrounds are welcomed, encouraged, and invited to grow in faith together. We offer two Sunday worship experiences designed to help people connect with God in meaningful ways. Our 9:00 a.m. worship is relaxed and informal, while our 11:00 a.m. traditional worship features exceptional music led by our outstanding choir and the beautiful Andover pipe organ under the direction of Daniel Aune, Coordinator of Organ Studies at the Peabody Conservatory. Throughout the week, opportunities for Bible study, fellowship, service, and community outreach help members put their faith into action. For more than a century, Christ Lutheran Church has been committed to serving both our congregation and the wider Baltimore community through ministries including Christ Lutheran Learning Center, Baltimore Outreach Services, and Christ Church Harbor Apartments. We believe the church is called to make a positive difference through worship, compassion, and service.
