Faith Lutheran Church

This is a great church for the whole family! We have been members since 2001 and raised our kids in the Sunday school program. They offer something for all ages. It is God centered and Bible based - attending here allows you to worship the Lord how you want without judgment. No flash and no show. The Pastor is Awesome! I have learned so much and have grown significantly in my faith since I started attending here. Please come and join us!!

I have been attending Faith Lutheran Church for 15 years. It is a friendly, open and warm church. The spiritual growth I experience as an adult has increased year after year. The men's group is very active and holds monthly breakfasts with accompanying bible study and periodic service projects where we assist members, neighbors, and others who are in need of man-hours to complete projects in their homes. A women's ministry is also very active. The senior's group meets regularly for lunch and activities. Our Sunday School serves kids of all ages. We are developing a prayer ministry meeting each Saturday for intensive prayer. We also have groups who meet during the week, both at night and during the day, for spiritual growth opportunities. Our pastor is a spirit-filled man who preaches the word of God with enthusiasm not seen in most preachers.

I have been attending faith Lutheran for three years and transferred my membership from shepherd of the hills in California two and a half years ago. I love that it is a bible based church teaching the love of Jesus Christ. The congregation is welcoming, friendly and very involved in reaching out to the community and beyond. The staff and leadership are amazing, and we are so blessed to have them. Pastor Ebassa has been blessed with many gifts, his sermons are captivating and will leave you wanting more teaching, wisdom and being spiritually fed. Our family has attended Faith Lutheran Church for over 20 years, since moving to Castle Rock. During the past several years we have seen great spiritual growth, under the guidance of Pastor Ebassa. His focus on bible based learning and pray worship has encouraged my wife and me to become more active in the church and the church’s small groups, like the Thursday Night Bible Study, which is attended by both church members and others from the local community.

My family and I joined Faith Lutheran Church a few years ago and have found a wonderful church family. Pastor Ebassa is truly a man of God and you can feel God's love just by being near him. We love the weekly sermons and Sunday worship. Our two young children attend Sunday school here, as well, and are learning so much! Shannon has put together a wonderful Sunday School program that really speaks to our kids. Our family loves it here and we are thankful for this church!

We love the people at Faith-the wonderful families with small and big children. We love the worship, the weekly communion. The pastor is humble and full of the Spirit.
We have attended for about ten years. Our children went through Sunday School and confirmation. This church has been our anchor. It has been a faithful community to be part of as well as a place that reaches out into the community to help others in need. It nourishes our spiritual walk.

We love our church because it is a second family to us. We joined several years ago because it feels so comfortable and supportive. My boys are very shy and have become involved in the youth programs, Confirmation, and Sunday School. They have connected with Pastor Ebassa and enjoy his sermons and leadership. The youth pastor (Kevin) helped my younger (super shy) son to participate, feel comfortable, and to be successful on his first Confirmation Retreat. Shannon has organized and engaged my boys in activities and Sunday School. The staff at Faith is welcoming and caring. I hope more people discover the beauty and support of Faith, please visit.

I have been a member of Faith Lutheran for many years. I have felt very welcome as the folks here are very friendly. There are also many things to do in addition to the Sunday Services where Pastor Ebassa does an excellent job of teaching us about God’s Word. There are groups and activities for everyone. Examples are: Women’s Groups such as Sarah Circle, Senior Luncheons, Bible Study, Sunday School for all, Quilting Group, Men’s Groups, Faith Lutheran Youth (FLY), various music groups and many volunteer opportunities.

Our first connection with Faith Lutheran Church was helping out with the dropping off or picking up of our grandchildren at the church's preschool. Our grandchildren LOVE coming to school there and we just felt it was a place where good things were happening. When we started to come to worship on Sundays we were not disappointed! We were welcomed by many friendly people and were impressed by the many opportunities to serve and grow. There is a genuine caring and commitment on the part of the congregation to serve each other, the community and the world. We come away each week inspired and challenged by the worship experience to grow spiritually and to become all God wants us to be. Pastor Ebassa consistently delivers a message that has a strong Biblical base that is thoughtfully and prayerfully prepared. Faith Lutheran Church has been a blessing to us since coming to the Castle Rock area.

We moved to Castle Rock in 2009. We found Faith Lutheran while "church shopping". The church is the perfect size for us. Lots of opportunities for kids, parents, grandparents...all ages! That's one of the things we like most is the wide range of ages of the members. Pastor Ebassa's sermons are really relatable and he encourages all to take time to pray and read the Bible often! The outreach of this congregation is wonderful! There are always people to lend a hand to church members in need. The church also supports a church in Ethiopia, and the SoxPlace ministry (a daytime drop-in center for young homeless people) in Downtown Denver. The generosity of this congregation is truly amazing! If you're looking for a new church home, please give Faith a chance!

The first time I visited FLC I felt very welcomed. I did not feel like a visitor but always a part of this warm and caring church family. We not only meet the needs of each other but the needs of the community as well as other countries. Pastor Ebassa's sermons are Bible based and presented in such a way you could listen to him for hours. I know God led me to this church and could not be happier.

My family has been attending Faith Lutheran since 2003. Our lives have changed immensely during this time having two children. As our children have grown we love our church family and what this church offers for our children and us for all all of the stages of our lives. Its a welcoming loving church that actively lives out the word of God. We are thankful for our church and the impact it has on our lives in so many ways, most importantly in growing our love and personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

We have been attending FLC since 2009. Our first service was an Advent Wednesday evening service. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by on of the most outgoing people in the church.

This is the most comfortable church I have experienced in over 15 years. The members are all friendly and the staff is as well. This church feels like home.

I first began attending Faith Lutheran Church in October of 2013 due to a friend's urging. I offcially became a member in May of 2015. I have been a practicing Christian for over 40 years. Faith Lutheran Church has shown me true warmth, feelings of caring and concern for my physical and spiritual well being.
Pastor Ebassa conducts Sunday services in such a way that they are truly moving and you leave with a sense of love for God, Faith Lutheran Church and you fellow man.

We were unchurched 10 years ago when we found Faith. Over the course of a year we visited a number of churches in the Parker/Castle Rock area. We were close to giving up on our quest until we found Faith.
What stood out on our first visit were the smiles and the genuine welcome we received. As we did with the other visits we committed to returning on Sundays for 3 months. The experience deepened our conviction that this indeed was a place for us, no pressure just genuine Christian fellowship along with meaningful messages and liturgy.
Our Faith family has never disappointed us, our Lord and his message is indeed alive at Faith. My wife is engaged in a number of ministries that fullfill her, our son who is an incredible young man has grown his Faith in more ways than I can state, he has been encouraged and loved by Pastor Ebbasa.
Our lives have been enriched and our Faith strengthened, we are no longer unchurched.

We started attending Faith Lutheran in Castle Rock in April of 2012 And we joined in June of that same year. Attending Faith has been one of the most positive and fulfilling experience in our relationship with God/Jesus. Pastor Ebassa fervently preaches the word of God and displays obedience and compassion in every way to the congregation. We have an excellent Sunday School program with a dedicated Family Ministry director who works very hard and diligently to offer the best programs to our children. Our congregation is warm and caring and we work together to build one another up and also to welcome visitors and newcomers. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a church to visit us at Faith Lutheran!

I have very little family in the area so Faith Lutheran is my family. When I first came, I didn't know anyone but people reached out to me and invited me to join activities and small groups.
I see how the congregation cones together to celebrate good times and love and support each other in hard times.
Worship is reverent and beautiful and sermons are Biblically -based and inspired. Lutherans, as a whole, have a very proud heritage with music and worship so expect to sing--a lot!
Faith Lutheran also has a great preschool program and other youth and children's activities.

This church is a very welcoming church. We have been here for awhile now and it has always great. They have many great events all year for you to attend. The church is very Bible based and my family and I have grown in our faith. At the end of the service we have always been greeted by the nice people who go here and they have the best "goodies" to enjoy and are able to sit at visit with everyone. I would recommend you to come a give this church a visit at least once, but I would do more. I think you will love this church too.
