At approximately 9:56 am today I witnessed the driver of your church bus cut off a car at 19th Street and Amsterdam Ave. The vehicle operator than sped to 141 St made a sharp right and was stoped at convent by a red light. When the light changed the vehicle driver again exceeded the NYC sped limit of 25 mph and barely stopped for a red light on 141 St and St Nicholas Ave. When the light changed he again excelorated made a right and sped south on St Nicholas. His operation was irresponsible endangered pedestrians and other drivers. Please have a discussion with the individual because his performance is a thteat to his fellow man. Have a blessed day
