I have attended Indian River City United Methodist Church (IRC) many times. They have a loving staff who cares for many of the spiritual needs of both their church members as well as those in the community. They have really great contemporary worship and do a good job with traditional worship. They also have a fantastic outreach to the local area (Saturday auto car repair in their parking lot for those who are having a tough time making ends meet) as well as a food pantry and a great back to school Saturday event in August or September of each year. In addition, they have a wonderful regional, national and international mission: reaching to The Middle East as well as an orphanage in The Dominican Republic as well as support for Sister Churches in Cuba. This is a very intergenerational church with a big program to younger families. They are a generous church and encourage generosity from those who attend their services.
