I've been attending the Journy church plant from the beginning and love the missional appoach of living life together. This is a church that began with some very fundamental questions. "What should a New Testament church look like in today's culture?" "How can we use our freedom in Christ to reach people today with the gospel?" It's been refreshing to be part of something that is not focused on meeting people's felt needs but what God has called us to do. The church services focus on interaction between one another and God. Meeting in a public place like The School of Rock will help unchurched, the cynics and the skeptics feel freer to explore God in a safe environment. Journey is a place that understands we are all on a journey; that no one is an expert on explaining God. We are all trying to experience Him on our own and together. God is not Someone who can be placed in a boxl If you come to Journey you will find a welcoming group where you are free to ask the questions you might be afraid to ask in a traditional church setting. As Jesus answered His first disciples who asked where He was going, we invite you "to come and see."
