Meet The Pastor
Senior Pastor Rick Schulze
Pastor Rick is from Kansas originally. He is a graduate of Kansas State University with two degrees. He worked as a Social Worker and Probation Officer in Kansas prior to going to seminary in Fort Worth, TX (Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary).
He began serving on church staff as an Associate Pastor at Lakeway Baptist Church (The Colony, TX) while in seminary. After graduation, he accepted the opportunity to be the Pastor at Calvary Baptist Church (Alamogordo, NM) where he served for 5 years. He returned to Texas to be Pastor at Trinity Baptist Church (Bonham, TX) for over 3 years before coming to Graceway Fellowship in Green Bay in 2008.
Pastor Rick has not only served as Pastor but also has been involved with leadership positions in the Bay Lakes Baptist Association and on the Executive Board for the Minnesota-Wisconsin Baptist Convention.
Pastor Rick will be the first to tell you that he is not fancy nor flashy. He seeks to be relatable to others not only in ministry but in "real life" as well. He loves his family (wife-Julie, 4 children, their spouses, and 13 grandchildren at last count)!
