BELIEFS
We believe in the Triune God: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. We believe in every word of Scripture. We believe in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus the Christ and know He is the Messiah all of the Old Testament pointed to. We know that Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life and there is no other way to get to the Father except through Christ Jesus. We not only believe in God but we trust in Him for our peace, protection, providence, and His amazing grace. We know that we are blood-bought sinners saved by the grace of God in Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit. We have been commanded to love God and neighbor. We believe all of humanity is made in the image of God and can attain perfection in Christ in this lifetime due to His sanctifying grace moving us from grace to grace transforming us into the mirror image of Jesus. We are on a mission to share the good news of Jesus the Christ with all people. Our theology is based on the Holy Scriptures and the theology of John Wesley, the Founder of the Methodist movement.
