Meet The Pastor
Apostle and Senior Pastor Allen Bunch
Greetings to you and yours, in The Name of Jesus Christ. I, Pastor Allen Bunch have served in the ministry since 1997. I am a realist and a man of faith. I have gone through many hardships and have overcome man obstacles throughout my walk on this path with God. I grew up in a poor and abusive household, but my Mother was a woman of Faith. I did not always believe there was a Loving God because of the many things I faced as a child. I suppressed so many things that as I grew, I ran further and further from God and the Call He placed on my life. I ran to and chose the worlds way of living trying to escape hurt, hate, pain, anger, etc... After several years of trying to hide from all these things, I was then faced with guilt and shame. These nearly ended my very life with addiction and attempted suicide. But September 18, 1997, about 8:47 pm, God showed Himself to me in the most compassionate way. He revealed His Heart to my heart and in doing so, I was able to open up my heart to Him for the first time in that exact moment. Life has never been the same. I sat under a pastor for nearly 16 years growing, learning and absorbing as much of God as I could. In August 2013, I knew the call of God on me was to step out of the ministry into evangelism. As painful as it was, (due to change) I stepped out by faith and began to do as I was instructed to do. Only a few months later God spoke to start the church Changing Lives Ministries, yet little did I know that I would be not only founding the church but would also be Pastoring the church. Though it has been a tough role to fulfill, it has been the greatest thing (other than my salvation) that I have ever had the privilege to do. I love people and I love watching Gods Hand at work. I am honored to say the least, that God chose me to be Pastor at Changing Lives Ministries.
